These polices are important and are put in place to ensure that guests of Bauhaus Salon receive the best experience possible. Thank you for your consideration.
A valid credit card is required to reserve any and all appointments at Bauhaus Salon. Please be aware that the length and price of your services may vary depending on your service provider. We will try our very best to accommodate your requests.
All team members work on commission, therefore a STRICT cancelation and no-show policy is enforced. All appointments are confirmed 48 and 24 hours in advance by our coordinators.
Please understand that appointment times are very limited. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request a 24 hour notice.
All appointments that are canceled, rescheduled, or missed (no show) without 24 hour notice, will be charged 100% of the scheduled services.
No exceptions will be made.
Please arrive at your reserved appointment time. If this is your first time at our salon, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your reserved time to fill out necessary paperwork. We schedule appointments according to our stylists’ availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Please be aware that arriving more than 10 minutes late will result in a late fee of $10+ and may limit the time allocated for your service, as we must strive to promptly meet and attend to other appointments behind yours. Likewise, if the stylist is running behind for any reason, our coordinators will do their best to contact you to make you aware.
As a courtesy, our salon coordinators will call or text to confirm your services appointments at least 2 business days prior to your reserved time. However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid any Bauhaus Salon policy fees.
If you are unhappy with your product purchase or if the product is defective it may be returned for an in-salon product credit only. All Jentry Kelley Cosmetics purchases that are returned or exchanged will result in a 20% restocking fee. All tools have a manufacture warranty, please inquire with a coordinator on these warranties.
Due to Covid-19, we will not be accepting any returns until further notice.

We love your children, too!
However, if your child(ren) are not receiving a service, please do NOT bring them with you to your appointment. This policy is designed for both for your children’s safety and for the tranquil salon experience purchased by other guests.
We are temporarily suspending all children services (under the age of 16) until further notice.
Gratuities are not included in the price of services, but are GREATLY APPRECIATED by all team members. Tipping and the amount is completely at your discretion.

Due to the increased costs of sanitation during this time, there will be a $5.00 sanitation charge for each appointment.
You will be supplied with a proper face coverings for your appointment. No cloth masks will be allowed inside the salon.
